RPM3 for the 1910-S is described as 'upside-down'.

While #3 is considered the only [true] upside-down RPM, it seems to me that many regular 1910-S LWCs have an upside-down mm. Granted, I am mostly looking at circulated examples so that may play into it.

Has anyone else noticed this? or am I just seeing things?
