Does The 1880/9 S VAM 11 Also Have A DDR?

Received this yesterday. Through the loup it looks to me as if there is also some doubling on some of the letters.

I know that the S mint mark is repunched. And slight doubling on the 1 of the date. But I see notches on several of the letters serifs on the reverse. I tried to look online, but I didnt find any info about any other doubling.
What do yall think?
