Better images, but this is not the area the DDO's are found. What you are seeing is Machine Doubling. The correct areas on more towards the center of the coin:

Reverses:

2019-D-Nickel-Doubled-Die,-What-Do-You-Think
Those are the areas to find the Doubled dies on the single squeeze dies. Looking on the outsides of the devices is where Machine Doubling happens after the strike.
