Sorry for the low quality pics, I found this very tiny anomaly on a 2003 Lincoln Cent. There appears to be 2 bumps one is just below the earlobe and the other is in the beard. Is this a die chip or a DDO of the ear? Any estimate on value? Thank you.

Is that a photo of a rabbit in a snowstorm?

I'm sorry, I cannot make out any features in your photo. I cannot even tell if your photo is blurry or just out-of-focus. Please practice before posting. We ask for a photo of the entire whole coin, both sides, then closeups of the areas of interest. I think your photo is too great of magnification. Back off a little, please. Why do we need photos of the whole coin? Because many times we can spot related problems or issues. Your coin can tell us a lot with good photos.

to the CCF! Glad to have you aboard!

I feel you are looking to close to find something that in not a collectible. Too much power doesn't show something of interest. On a hand held ocular, 10X is plenty. We are not trying to see the dividing of cells. On my setup, I would see something in my scope, but when I tried to take an image of it, and images don't show it, then I realized I was looking too hard.

Looks like a tiny die chip or a very small plating bubble. Either way it really has no premium.
Spendable IMHO.

Keep in mind that if the ear is doubled, the hub would make something that is raised and in the design of the affected areas. Note on all these doubled ears they are just as I described. Raised and show an enlargement of the same design of the hub:
