OK, Denmark, UK and Belgium headed your way later today. The Belgium is not much to look at, but the other two are solid.
For some reason, my LCS always has Danish and Norwegian minors from the 1950s and 1960s in their bin, and I've cherrypicked a few of the nicer ones but never had much luck re-selling them.

Well done! When I did my birthyear collection, I found I was able to get many of the coins on ebay for very reasonable prices, often even invery nice grade.

Yes, I have been shopping ebay. That and a few friends on here (CCF) were kind enough to send me a few. A big thanks for those that helped me out so far..

I should give credit to another person whom tried to send me 2 coins but they never arrived. Even with a tracking number. The tracking says it was delivered, just not to my address. I have no idea where it went.
Anyway, I'm rambling. The User that helped me I cannot say as I only know his name not his CCF user name. So Thanks for trying.. (I'm still going to try to find out what happened to it.)

Very nice, Dearborn! You've got a project that will occupy you for quite a while. By the way, 1962 is a great year.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

As an offshoot of a 1962 OFEC collection could be a an all U.S. denomination set of 1962. Easy to do. Make it a twin of a 1962 all Canadian denomination set.
Not many countries in 1962 had circulating silver coins in current issue Next step would be to identify those countries, and collect a 1962 all denomination set for those countries as well.
Next step after that would be to look for 1962 World silver NCLT silver proof coins. That task would be a lot harder, but those coins could well be the 'stars' of your collection.
Never stray from 1962.

What countries are missing?
I remember that a couple of my toughest birthyear coins were Iran and Afghanistan. I eventually found kinda ho-hum circulated coins from each place, but it really took a while. Low collector demand in the U.S. I guess.

Well, I'm missing quite a bit - I have a list somewhere that I'm checking off as I go - I'll need to find that list (so I can check off Egypt). then I'll let you know what I already have. (I do have a lot of them - but there are a lot of countries around the globe..)
