Even if that is DDO-2, the spread is very minimal and both your coin and the plate coin are not in ideal condition. No markers also makes it difficult to pinpoint with any accuracy. I see your point about the letter B in LIBERTY, I think that is just coincidental PMD. I was focusing more on matching the thicknesses of the letters of IGWT.
