I would like to hear some thoughts on where this Cent could Grade. Thanks!

Stray reverse field mark might hold this to MS-66RD, very possibly 67RD.

I think this would likely go MS67-RD
I looked up a few examples and saw a PCGS 67-RD that had a stray hit on the obverse and a reeding mark on the reverse

The scuffs at the base of Abe's jacket and from his cheek upwards through his hair spoils this one for me.

Thanks for the input.
I purchased a box of Cents from my bank, they were all new 2020 rolls. I'm going through a few of the rolls and trying to find some higher Grades to put to the side at face value. 85% of what I have seen so far have had the dark spotting issues and scuffs a lot worse than this Coin has. My goal is to try and find some MS67 or better, spot free and scuff free as much as possible. I thought this Coin would give me a good example to work from.

Solid MS66 for me. Reverse field hit, some light scuff marks, a few minor rim ticks. Nice coin.

The biggest two problems with Shields are black water spots and weak strikes. I don't see many spots on this coin but the obverse has some distractions with the strike weakness across the high points. These are not really "scuffs", which to me implies damage from physical scraping. Surprisingly, the reverse looks very well struck. Just some weakness in CENTS and a couple field hits. I think that would keep it out of 67.
66RD
Keep looking! I'd tear EVERY single roll open looking for a super gem! GOOD LUCK!

A HINT: I'd create a single roll out of the best coins in the box. Then search that roll for the highest grade example for your main collection. It can help the madness of it all, it's a lot of coins to search. I know I get sick of it pretty quick - boring and tedious work but when you actually do find that 1 magic coin - it was worth it.

Thank you BadThad for that advice. I have been through about 10 rolls so far and have about 15 Coins set to the side. Hopefully by the end of the box I will have a full roll of spot free MS66 or better at face value. My original plan was MS67 or better, but reality is setting in, haha. 1 or 2 MS67 or better and I'm happy.

It's a nice coin if you can get past the minor scuffing. this coin has a nice cartwheel effect on it.
