It actually looks like a plated MS to me. The surface looks too grainy for a PR. An impaired PR would leave scratches and grazes on the delicate mirrored surface but wouldn't impart what appear to be flow-lines to the surface characteristic of an MS surface. A plated MS would leave this grainy as opposed to glassy surface.
