Hi There,

I have this coin in question, it is missing an I in liberty, not sure if it is PMD (post mint damage) or possible strike through grease.

Also there is part of the coin that is chipped, not sure if it is PMD or strike through error.

What do you guys think?

Looks like a nice little Greaser and a small lamination above liberty.

The higher arrow may have been where a piece of debris was struck onto the coin, now that it has fallen off, the shadow of what it was is still imprinted there.
