I Have A 1984-D With Very Weird Errors

Hello ever one;
This coin surprised me I was just going though my penny's and
this what I found.
A large headed Lincoln statue in the Lincoln Memorial.
I first thought this was the zinc bubbling up though the copper which it could be. But it was growing out of the pillar it looks like.
Also I see a bubble I guess that's what you call it, along the
bottom of the "D" , the mint sign .
