There appears to be doubling of the eye/eyelid the chin maybe part of the face and on the Memorial?. Not sure so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Just a damaged coin. Not a mint error or a variety. Just a coin caught in bad circumstances. Happens to most coins in circulation.
