Very common. The Mint has been shoveling out this junk for almost 40 years now - the same span as the beloved Wheat cent!

It is ALWAYS helpful to photograph the whole coin, both sides, please. Never tooo much information.

Heavy die scratches and the die having a Grease Filled Die issue. And the common weakness on the STATES area.
