Hi There,

I have another one for you.

It might be a possible double die date, but not sure if its PMD or Machine Doubling.

What do you guys think?

Looks like classic Machine Doubling to me.

Yes looks like MD to me as well. Its the step down from the primary device to the "doubled" area that is the clue.

Note the area affected is on the outside of the devices. That is where coins are altered by Machine Doubling. Doubling would show spread and that is seen enlarging the devices in the centers of the devices, not on the outer edges.
Note the big DDO:

You don't see as much doubling on the date, but look at LIBERTY and the Motto. That is what you will see when I use the term spread.
