Is This "triple Clipped" Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Even Possible In The Minting Process?

The depth and position of the clips looks strange on the coin in the ebay listing and it seems to have some odd flattening in addition to the clips, so I'm not sure it's legit. What do the other members think of the ebay coin? Does it look a little strange? Here's a triple clipped 1964-(P) from my collection.
