Aloha, my family has looooooong kept a pair of old binoculars in this Federal Reserve of San Francisco bank bag. Simple question: Is it possible to date or determine what denomination it might have held?

It's been handed down through my father's side. His maternal line settled as farmers for the Midwest in central California from the 1890s-1910s before living in Santa Barbara into the 30s and finally moved a little further south to settle in the citrus ranching community of Fillmore / Ventura County. If it's from my father's paternal side, they had been near Fillmore as ranchers since the 1890s, but my dad thinks it from the maternal side. They were never in the finance industry per say, but maybe a bag of money to pay farm laborers was needed every so often, maybe how they ended up with it; dunno.

If the bag is as old as the binoculars, it must be pre-WWII.
Rest in Peace
