Looks like a normal coin with a stain on it.

I'm unsure what you are referring to. I see a circulated '63 D cent with some staining on the obverse. Without a photo of the reverse, I can't speculate on that part.

Suggest posting large, sharp photos of both sides of the coin. Please share with us what you have questions or observations about. Thanks.

The answer to your question from what I see from your photo is : A 1963 Denver Mint Lincoln Memorial cent . If you have any more questions , please ask again in detail and show us a photo of the reverse . Also you need to post much larger pics .
