From the one blurry closeup, it appears to be Machine Doubling. Sharper photos would be helpful.

You might try these two sites for known doubled die errors.

I also agree with merclover I can see MD on the TED of the last picture.

Are you just reducing the size of the picture to the 300mb's? If so you might try cropping out as much as you can and focus on the area's in question.

Only one listed on VarietyVista.com, and it's showing the doubling on the east side of the TA of STATES (and that one also looks like MD to me)...Better pictures would tell for sure...until then check out their site
For now I'm in agreement..MD
