On the Liberty it looks like soft contact marks on that area. (you looking at the 'L' right?) Also note the other lines were transferred as well. Well in order for it to be a doubled die, we would see other devices be affected the same way. Sometimes stronger to normal. Just depends on how the die was hubbed and the issue that created that doubling.
