I am trying to improve my skills identifying error coins. What do you think of this one? Thanks in advance.

That's the classic cracked skull on later die poor man's. Check the reverse too--sometimes you'll find die cracks and die chips.

Thank you everyone. I am not noticing anything on the reverse. Is there anything in particular to look for?

"And" is correct. It is both. Two different die events, but still the same problem for both: "Aging dies". If you look at the outside edges of the devices closest to the rims, you will see even more die wear. Neither worth a premium. Just terms we use to identify the die events.
