How about an arrow showing where this is. Are the images horizontal? We need more of a clue what area we are looking at?

I've seen one of these before, I think on a Facebook group. Don't know what happened with that coin though... Regardless I do believe this is a doubled die, fairly nice one too for a modern quarter DDR. Shape seems to match the second branch to the left of the doubling that has the unusual horizontal marks through it.

I meant on the full image But I think I spotted it.  Looks like a new DDR. You will have to check with John Wexler to see if he has listed it yet. (I didn't a listing for this state yet.

I feel it is the hubbing press they are using. It seems like more of the doubled dies from Philly. As they other presses age, then the other mints will have more.
