Just looks like a regular dime. Not sure what you mean by "the leaf on the tree".
The lines showing are flow lines from Die Deterioration.

I see what you're talking about there, the streaking in a sunshine like pattern out towards the edge?

Not sure what that is

The streaking are flowlines and the rough area around the dot is heavy die wear/deterioration.

Probably getting close to a polishing to remove the flow lines. The die is not that old yet, so it will soon be worked over.
