As in most matters, it all depends. Are these 'bank' rolls or 'customer-wrapped' rolls? Are they 100% 2019 and/or 2020? As you're probably aware, there may be West Point (W) mint quarters mixed in. If I came across these rolls and hadn't opened them, I'd do so. Soon.
They started from the bank, I searched them for west point quarters and put them back in the roll and I kept 1 roll of each and sold the rest to stores who needed change. They are rolls of all P mint.
Your question raises a thought, though, whether the US Mint made its production goals in 2020 for circulating coinage given COVID-19? I am hanging on to some 2020 BU coins just in case they were underproduced. Anyone know the data?
