@beem, I can't help you very much, but I definitely would focus on the crossed hammers and circumscribed lion rampant as potential silver hallmarks of the manufacturer of this silver round. My go-to for this sort of thing is 925-1000.com, but I'm not finding a match in a quick search over there.

I was excited because I thought that the crossed hammers means this came from Johnson Matthey, but now I see that the design is a bit different...
