Ebay Mastercard Psa - Cash Back Fraud

The ebay mastercard is supposed to give nice rewards for spending money on ebay. 5x points once you spend over $1000 in a year translates to basically 3.33% cash back. It's less than 1% everywhere else, so I only use it on ebay. Unfortunately, my last few statements have "moved" some of my ebay purchases to the "everything else" category, costing me hundreds of points. Anyone else have that happen? Their customer service is terrible as you might expect from a company that fraudulently changes your rewards to pay you less.
