That's called a two digit repeater. Nice find, too bad about the condition, it really brings down the value.

Hey so how much value did that add to notes. I mean I have a few like those in good condition and I am just trying to figure out the tricks of putting a # on fancies..

The best way to value your notes is to compare them with SOLD examples comparable to yours. Don't look at ASKING prices of notes for sale - they don't count. Learn to use the Heritage archives and SOLD prices on ebay. There isn't a price guide on fancy serial numbers, but they do have a digital history, which help with pricing.

I have the heritage app so it's kinda cool to look stuff up, the past auction prices. Do you know of any other good resources like that out there?
