Ok, it looked like there was something in the die were the mint mark supposed to be, I wasn't sure.. Thank you for your help!!

Agree, 1978P 7tf, reverse of 78 because of the parallel top arrow feather. I would grade it XF, just my opinion.

I'm pretty sure it's an 7 over 8 Tail feather variety. I thought I had the VAM # but I was wrong, I need better photos of the reverse feathers and obverse (LIBERTY) especially.

I'm thinking with those scrawny chicken legs it's a B1 reverse - maybe VAM-83?
