Would the cross hatch scratches on the obverse make this unc details with a TPG? Reverse seems excellent.

most 90(S) are sharp and bold. I would say sharp on this one. spots of broken luster on both sides. eye appeal AVG- due to the obvious cheek area. it does appear someone attempted something there which left those scratches. although light in nature it may be enough to details the coin. MS63 possible details.

Deets for sure and a darn shame. It was a nice MS63/64 example.

The vertical lines look like roller marks, but the horizontal light scratches make this Unc details for me.
