I found this while I was coin roll hunting because of the condition that I found this 1967P! I was like "NO WAY! A machine tripling!

Especially doing my homework to train my eye to identify MD compared to DD, I was wondering if there is anything worth in severe MD?

Lay it on me!

Nice example of Machine Doubling. Some collectors love the more extreme examples. I'm thinking 2x2 worthy as a fun curiosity.

Fantastic! I found about 5-7 of these that have the same!!

In terms of price wise, especially with them NOT being evaluated officially, would it be worth grading? or just sell as is?

Recommend not grading. Spend some time on ebay and check for sold information on ' Machine Doubling Lincoln cents'.

In other words, common to find.
1. Always seen on the outside edges of devices.
2. Always reducing the size of the devices.
3. If you have a shiny coin, the flatness makes it reflect and create glare.
4. Never a doubled die. Doubled dies can have Machine Doubling, but Machine Doubling can never be a doubled die.

I agree with all of the above. As coop said, it's common to find these. No premium, sorry. Keep searching!

Although alot of the actual MD cents that sell are incorrectly/falsely listed as Doubled Die coins.

You might want to save it to show to a new collector as a show and tell item, that is easier to see, than explain?
