2008 P Alaska State Quarter - BIE Error Reverse

Hi guys,

I have this 2008 P Alaska State Quarter and see a few die chips on both obverse and reverse including one that is between the R and the E? I have not read anything about this error on the Alaska State Quarter, only the die chip at the Bear's Claw. Is this type of die chip uncommon on the Alaska State Quarter?

Should I refer to this as the Alaska "RIE" Error instead of the "BIE" error?

Nice die chip. Personally, RIE works for me.
