Is this a minor Collar Clash on Obverse down by the date? Coin looks to have RIDB in the hair?
Opinions please. Thank you.

I'm not sure about the possible collar clash, but that is a nice cracked skull!

Looks like a collar clash. Enough to show to a new collector, but not large enough for a premium.

The use of K:# started in the 60s when a pair of professional numismatist came up with a reference tool that came to be called the Kolit Position. It's the combination of their last names Kolman and Litman shortened to "Kolit" and then followed by a number from a clock face.

It's common for collectors to use the K: to represent the Kolit position with a clock face numeral.

I see by the clock now that it's after K:12, so I'm off to bed.
