But it is Machine Doubling. No DDR's are found on this area of the coins. Just the central area. Machine Doubling has no rules. The coins are alter about 70% of the time on this area. But are not double dies.

Question on this MD. If doubling from the single punch die is usually found in one location and usually centered, then what is the case for the 2013 Ft Mchenry with most of the reverse being DD on the fireworks, flag pole, roof, in the doorway, flag, and the building on the bottom west side of coin? would the be like the same case like the 1963 Quarter with 30 different dd listings? of and the 2015 Homestead as well.

I'm on my tablet now, but I'll add the link to a previous thread that answers those questions tomorrow. The basics issue deals with two different die creating processes. The locations of the doubled dies are different/just opposite for locations of doubled dies. The newer process makes the locations just opposite of the previous locations. Check back tomorrow and I'll add that information.
