from what I see (a few hits or gouges on Lincoln's lapel and shoulder. and no idea what the reverse looks like, I would have to say no it is not worth the cost of over $50.00 to slab a coin worth about .01˘

please post up the rest of the coin as stated above...

It would have to grade at least MS68 to be worth the slabbing. PCGS MS67 examples on ebay have sold for around $20.

I have to agree... grading fees would cost more than what the final coin would be worth. Sorry.

to the CCF! What other coins might you have to show us?

Certainly a nicer penny, but difficult to get a 20,000+% return on investment to justify the cost...

High grade coins are a real premium
Here is a MS-69

Do you see how the price drops a lot from the highest grade? If you coin doesn't make it to MS-67, the cost of the fees (Sometimes up to $50) will eat up the value of the coin. As a buyer, I pay nothing extra for a graded coin. So you would loose the fees for the services of having it slabbed. Save your money. Keep the coin safe in a 2X2. Make sure not to get any finger prints on it. They will show up if you do later and ruin the value of your coin:
