Some markings are apparent even thought the picture is not crisp. Based on that I would say AU at best. Since that trends for $1 (and my LCS has many at least as good for 25 cents or less), there is no economic reason to send it to a third party grader.

I agree with nickelodeon and mcschilling for the grade I wouldn't send it in for grading you could probably buy one cheaper than grading this one.
The moon is located under the 1 in the date

Don't send it in for grading. You could buy 2-3 just for the HST tax that you would pay for postage

One of my best and least expensive investments was a book on grading coinage. You should be able to formulate your own opinion on a grade before submitting and see how you do - have fun.
