Not quite sure, GS straight grade is at $525, I'd cut that value at least in half as a starting point. Really comes down to what someone is willing to pay. It's a tough date, but it's been cleaned and obverse/ reverse scratches/graffiti are awfully distracting for me.

@Matthew23, Selling or potential purchase?

I think this is high VF Details, rather than mid-VF Details.

I've seen a lot worse details coins than this one. That said, there's a bit of a chicken-and-egg question here. Was the coin detailed because of the scratches alone, or would it have been detailed because of the cleaning, if the scratches weren't considered first? The cleaning is a bit harsh, and it hasn't retoned very well. Eye appeal is lacking.

It's a tough date, and gets fairly scarce in UNC. Fairly pleasing EF and AU examples exist, and can be found at bourse tables in decent size shows. IMHO, it would be a tough sell to see this coin priced too close to straight grade wholesale. A straight grade high VF can be found in the $600-$700 range. With its problems, I think this one could snag some interest in the $200-$250 range, but $300-$350 would chase off buyers.
