I know for specimen strikes the indented circle around the security leaf is not present and there is a "P" under the queen, but these photos show strikes intended for circulation without the indented circle around the security leaf and a leaf under the queen, I have yet to actually find one if they really do exist.

Is there really two variations or is this just an image mishap from the mints side?

Images below were taken from ebay, most of the images I'm finding that have no indented circle seem to be high quality mint advertising images so I thought I would ask.

This happens quite frequently. That said, a lot of sellers will use the mint's stock images. I also know there was only one master die used for the 2017 150th loons.

Thank you SPP-Ottawa, I thought as much, I'm surprised nobody noticed the extra rope on the lighthouse, even the mint dident see it when taking that photo, I know there was hype about it at one point.
