I tried like a Bear to identifiy this variant but the face side has a Tsar and a woman with a Tiara. I cant find it online.
Anyone know what its variant is?

It's a modern token of Alexander III. No such official coins were made.

@gxseries. Thanks for the identification. Is it just something random and not of any real intrest ? I think my dad bought a lot of rubbish and this was the only Russian he owned. A few Baltic states like Latvia but this the only Russian.
Its getting to a point I have a bin for not very collectable. Put it in there?

Why go straight to the trash? Put it off until better times, you can also sell it (if it turns out, of course).
