A rather dramatic overdate, easily visible to the naked eye.
Unlike many other overdates, both the first and second strikes are strong. Also the reverse looks like it's off center, so maybe this is a double error.

Correction: This is a 2 Stuiver silver coin. The duit is a smaller denomination copper coin. I can't seem to keep the denominations straight, which is probably why I failed my apprenticeship in the Dutch East India Company.

Regardless of whether you passed or failed that 18th century summer internship, you've got yourself a pretty cool coin. Looks to me like the rev is struck slightly off center as well.
