I don't think it is circulated but it shows up as a bullion silver round.

As far as I know, it's just a bullion silver round. It seems the "Free Lakota Bank" was a real thing, but just a scam. The URL on the coin is no longer valid.

It's called a currency but there is no denomination. Still a fun round to have.
