I think it's MD, but wait for the experts. Have you matched it to anything on Variety Vista?

. MD and worn die, not a doubled die.

Just MD, but keep hunting! Are you using a reference site like Wexler's die varieties or variety vista?

Nice example of Machine Doubling on a worn quarter. Would have looked cool back in the mid-60s when mint fresh.

I do like a nice example of Machine Doubling. I would keep this one in a 2x2. They don't carry a premium, but are fun to have a few of.

To add to the comments about using sites, since die doubling happens in the actual die, there are always multiple examples of them, leading them to be cataloged on websites like Wexlers and Variety Vista. New examples are discovered and added still, but it's a great first place to go to not only try to match your coin, but it helps you learn about comparing MD to DD. I use both.

I think CONECA is supposed to be putting together an online listing as well.

I agree with the above comments, classic Machine Doubling. No premium, sorry. Keep searching!
