2007 P Roosevelt Dime. Is This A Collar Shimmy Error?

1847bill Valued Member United States 465 Posts	Posted 04/23/2021 11:55 am This dime has a few reeds on the rim. I can see the metal flow outward in areas. I'm trying to determine if this is a tilted collar strike or a collar shimmy error. Let me know what you think. Report this Post to the Staff

It depends on if the reeds are full on an area to be a partial collar: May have been struck on the top of the collar, but all the devices are present. I bought my example years ago off ebay. $6 range I think. Report this Post to the Staff
