I have not found a "W" in circulation yet. Granted, most of my buying is via debit card...

I actually got one in change the other day in SE Michigan.

Salt River Bay quarter.

They look different. Higher rim and more luster.

If you actively search quarters you will find them, if you just check pocket change, it will be luck of the draw and a hit or miss endeavor. I'll tell you this though, the longer you wait to look for them, the hard it will be to find them with the newer coins each year added to the mix, and the condition will get worse also as they circulate.

I am certain if you search even $100 in quarters a week, you'll come across one here or there over time still. might even get lucky and find 2019 or 2020 whole rolls still. in a year or two those chances go to nil of finding whole rolls of 2019 or 2020 P or D to look through.

@John1 I can sand you one from circulation. No worth for me. They are some on circulation, and amazing I had here in Canada from my bank in roll.

PS: I had from a Loomis roll, why I have no idea. Here all rolls come from bank or mint process, no outsiders.

I don't have one but I don't do quarters a lot. I am going to try though just for those w quarters. I only do cents and nickels. The more exciting one due to my impatience.
