MisterT Pillar of the Community United States 2003 Posts	Posted 04/23/2021 5:56 pm Sorry Josh, that is not a 1955 DDO. The real deal has a very dramatic spread and yours has none. In fact it doesn't even exhibit the poorman's doubled die which is actually only Machine Doubling of the last numeral 5. And no way this coin came from a mint set, it is clearly well circulated. Not knocking you because all collectors have to start somewhere but you should get some books ( Red Book) or similar to learn the different varieties, minting process and grading standards.
