Really tough to grade with those pics, even to get closer than 10-15 Sheldon points. I'll say F-12, maybe 20 with corrosion. I don't think you will get a grade. Judging from the, what looks like, a specific type of vine break at 2 and maybe something in the bottom of the upper loop, I'll guess a 9/6. But that's just because you told us to look at the 9. I think that anone except ICCS will make it a "details" coin because it also loks to have been cleaned. ICCS turns a blind eye to surfaces.

Tried to blow it up. but does not work well. original is taken with a very low resolution.
it does appear to be the 9/6 however as said above it is way too faint to see properly.
