I bought a Uncirculated set and it appears to have a stamp or? Something above the mint mark can anyone help with info and wondering if it is DDO?

I'm having a hard time with some of those pictures, but it looks like some kind of circulation hit that just happens to look like a star.

Edit: I just reread that and you said Uncirculated, so that explains why the photos look a little blurry still. Up past my bedtime again. It looks incuse so also might be damage from the packaging or transportation process. I'm no expert, though. They'll likely be along tomorrow to weigh in.

Despite @ita's insomnia, I think that he/she was onto something. I'm seeing a little damage to the mintmark and a tick mark between the mint mark and this are of interest so my best guess is that it is also damage.
