Pocket change find. There is a bump inside the lower loop on the 8 also the 5 looks wide at the bottom .

Not a DDO. By the 8 is most likely a plating issue.

The "bump" on the 8 looks incuse to me - hard to tell from your third photo. I'm not seeing doubling.
