Definitely a doubled die,and definitely 1941P-1DO-002.

Of more than 2,500 1941 cents I have searched, I have found ALL of the different dies currently listed EXCEPT this one. It is exceedingly rare in all grades, and it appears that yours is either a nice EF or a low AU grade. Ignore the values given in coppercoins.com at present, I saw one in MS64RB sell for $750 almost two years ago.

Current values are closer to EF: $175, AU: $250, MS60: $350, MS63: $500, MS65: $1200

VERY nice find, and worthy of an official YOU SUCK!

Wow Charles! I knew they were hard to find...That is why I finally bought
a PCGS EF40 one, but thank Heaven the seller didn't know the newer prices!

Thanks everyone, it's one of those coins you find in pocket change, at least that's where I found it.
Should I get it slabbed?

Based on the subject of this thread, evidently there is some confusion about how to tell dies #1 and #2 apart. Actually they are very different and very easy to identify. Die #1 shows only the bottom half of the letters of the motto. Die #2 (the one in this thread) shows full doubled letters in the motto.
Rest in Peace

A rare coin and an official "YS" from Chuck. It doesn't get any better than that!
