This looks to be a "Vise Job" using real coins to simulate an error. The incuse design and reversed letters are common to this type of intentionally damaged coin.

Another coin was pressed into the surface of your coin after it was struck.

No poll needed. Yes the reverse has been imprinted on the obverse. That's a given but Yokozuna hit it right on the money, vise job. PSD and now it is a damaged coin.

Vise job, certainly. Reversed lettering is a dead giveaway.
