I tried to look up the DD and seems like nobody cares for the year much lol..
The Rpm looks like a inverted S to a upright S to me..

Just Machine Doubling affecting the entire coin. Looks convincing, until you realize that all the devices are affected in the same direction. Still a nice proof coin though, but not a variety. The first clue? I've not seen a DDO-DDR-RPM combination. Two varieties on a coin, but not three. Machine Doubling is the first culprit that comes to mind.

I did notice some MD, not to bad. as you can see in some of the pic's.. I also spun coin to hide MD in some of the photos.. the pics above are the Doubling that wouldn't go away no matter which way you turned..

I'm seeing Machine Doubling, given the photos provided. I'd drop it into a 2x2 for reference purposes.
