This coin looks very "metallic" on the surface. Not sure how to describe it. What do you think?

I don't see anything Metallic about it . In my opinion it looks normal .

Bit of discoloration like you often see on these, but otherwise looks pretty normal to me.

Lots of hairlines (especially on the reverse) from a cleaning/polishing making the coin look too "shiny"

I think that's it. Very shiny compared to the level of detail. Buffalo's head has no definition.
