Are These Jefferson Nickels Errors?

So I went to a random bank and asked for coin rolls and took every roll they had that was returned by some customer and almost every nickel in these rolls are from the same year and almost every mint mark looks like this any suggestions on the type of coin and error ?

Well to new of a coin to have a rpm (they ended in 1989)....so probably just a lite touch of Machine Doubling

if all the coins in a roll look much the same, they are probably not error coins
